Travis Browne and Matt Brown highlight UFC 145 preliminary card

UFC 145's preliminary card wasn't one to remember, though Travis Browne, Matt Brown and Chris Clements gave memorable performances in Atlanta on Saturday night.

Travis Browne pulled out the submission of the night with a triangle choke of Chad Griggs in the first round. Browne knocked Griggs to the ground with knees, then used a textbook choke to take out Griggs at 2:29 in the first.

Despite tiring out early, Matt Brown stopped the quick ascent of Stephen Thompson with a unanimous decision. The judges saw it 30-27, 29-27, 30-27 for Brown. Matt Brown grabbed a calf slicer in the first round, but Thompson worked his way out. In the second, Thompson controlled most of the round, landing shots as an exhausted Brown couldn't answer, until the final minute. Brown knocked Thompson to the ground with an elbow, then used ground and pound until the round ended. Those elbows opened a large cut on Brown's forehead. Thompson had better stand-up early in the third, but Brown's takedown and triangle choke late in the third round kept Thompson from fighting back.

Unsurprisingly, Anthony Njokuani and John Makdessi's bout turned into a kicking contest, with Njokuani taking the bout 30-27 on all three judges' cards. Njokuani kept his distance while landing kicks to the abdomen and legs of Makdessi. Makdessi could never move inside enough to actually get some offense.

On an injured ankle, Mac Danzig won a decision 30-27, 30-27, 29-28 over Efrain Escudero. Escudero caught Danzig with a heel hook early, but Danzig defended by spinning out and taking Escudero's back before they returned to their feet in the first round. Danzig used a clinch in the second to control Escudero. On an ankle severely swollen from the heel hook, Danzig came out strong in the third, somehow having good movement. He returned to the clinch, again controlling Escudero against the fence.

Chris Clements won an exciting, back and forth split decision with Keith Wisniewski, 29-28, 28-29, 29-28. Wisniewski got a takedown early in the first round as well as a big forehead cut. After an inexplicable stand-up, Clements knocked Wisniewski to the ground with a spinning back kick to the body. In the second round, Wisniewski took Clements back to try for a rear naked choke, but Clements threw elbows into Wisniewski's face. Clements had a much better third round, landing shot after shot that Wisniewski had no answer for.

A lackluster bout started the card in Atlanta, as Marcus Brimage and Maximo Blanco never truly found an offensive attack. Brimage was able to use kicks? to get a bit of an edge, but seemed unsatisfied with his 29-28,? 28-29, 29-28 win.? Afterwards, he and Blanco got into a very odd tumble-off.

Steven Petrow: Queeries: Should You Come Out As Tattooed?

Question: Over the years I've gotten a number of tattoos, and they've really become a part of my identity. Most of them are not visible when I'm in work garb, but some of them are, especially when I roll up my sleeves. My boyfriend says I should cover them up when I start job interviews next month. I say an employer shouldn't care about my body art. What do you suggest I do?

Answer: Do what your boyfriend says and cover them up. That's my short answer, but I also have a more nuanced take.

As a rule, you don't want the first impression you create to be the reason you don't advance to the next level. You want to sell yourself without distraction, and without a hiring manager making a conscious (or unconscious) judgment about your professional skill set based on some ink.

I know that you're objecting vigorously, saying that your tattoo is "part of your identity" and that there are all sorts of negative and untrue stereotypes about those who sport them. You're absolutely right, of course, but please take heed of a recent Careerbuilders study in which 42 percent of managers said their opinion of a job candidate is lowered by visible tattoos. Three-quarters said tattoos are unprofessional. Remember, you're choosing this job because you want it, right?

Having said that, though, much depends on what kind of job you're applying for: Are you an attorney seeking an executive position with Exxon-Mobil? A software developer interviewing with Google? An actor auditioning for a barista role at Starbucks? Ideally, you'd check out the company beforehand to see how folks dress in general, and for your position specifically. Look at the company's website: How are folks dressed? Do you see any visible tats (or body piercings)? Is there a posted dress code? (Yes, many companies and municipalities still have these.) For instance, the U.S. Postal Service, Starwood Hotels, Geico Insurance, and Denny's won't hire those with visible tattoos, according to their dress code policies. Knowing what kind of work environment you're interviewing in will give you a major clue about whether, and how much, to cover up.

In fact, there are times and industries where visible tats are actually a selling point, especially at companies looking for creativity or individuality, or trying to attract younger workers. A recent Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology article reported that about half of people in their 20s have either a tattoo or a body piercing (not including traditional earrings) and the percentage continues to rise. Fortunately, dress codes continue to evolve.

So have I persuaded you to cover up, at least for the first interview? And after that you can let it all hang out, right? On my Facebook page, one poster suggested that covering up "shows adaptability and maturity, but then once you've got the job go ahead and let your freak flag fly." A gay PR professional in Los Angeles agreed, adding, "I always cover my ink for new business meetings. Once I've had a chance to prove myself for my skills and experience, then I feel it's OK to discuss the [art] work, or have my sleeves rolled up for a meeting."

Alas, not so fast. I wish I could tell you that, once hired, you'd be judged for the work you do, the attitude you bring with you, even your network, and not for your appearance. If only life were like that.

Let's say you're at a company picnic in a tight-fitting T-shirt, revealing that beautiful ink work that crawls down your shoulder and forearm. What happens if your manager (or hers) is one of the Neanderthals when it comes to visible tats? Because most of us are "at-will" employees, you could be fired as a result, with no legal recourse. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission allows employers to impose dress codes as long as they don't discriminate against your race, color, religion, age, national origin, or gender. Visible body art is not delineated, and you are not protected.

Sure, you say that's not likely to happen (and you're right), but it has. Or you could find yourself unexpectedly fired for another reason. Personal use of email at work is one of the most common excuses these days. Even if you don't get fired, you could find yourself slipping in your manager's estimation, which could stunt your job growth.

If it's crucial to you to show off your ink, then be prepared for any possible consequences. That may be OK with you, as this Facebook poster wrote, "I personally never want to work for a company ... that wouldn't accept me for the work I do rather than the work I've had done on my body. I know that that might be a bit idealistic, but it's just the way I think about it."

Or you could take your boyfriend's advice (and mine) and cover up until you're sure the coast is clear, if it ever is, saving the tat display for your personal time.

Hire A Personal Injury Lawyer For Your Claim | The Article Resource ...

?

Victims of personal injury are not always aware of the availability and convenience of hiring personal injury lawyers and so fail to hire their services assuming that they were costly. Personal injury lawyers are the most common legal professionals who provide authorized representation to victims who have been injured mentally and physically due to negligence of another.

Also referred to as an accident lawyer or attorney, a personal injury lawyer would have the complete knowledge of the Tort Law that focuses on the civil misconduct and damages brought about or inflicted on a person?s social standing, legal rights and property. And so, if you meet with an accident and feel that you have been caused harm, it would be best to consult with a personal injury lawyer first. In most of the personal injury claims being filed each year, the main reason for victims to hire a lawyer is to have them assist in making and filing claims about the accident in order to demand compensation that they need.

As such, it is imperative that injury victims select a competent lawyer by evaluating their skill, reliability and experience. Only lawyers from reputable law firms who have vast knowledge and years of experience in personal injury claims, are well suited to handle personal injury claims since they have been representing thousands of victims each year and a large number of them have either won out of court settlements or have received verdicts in their favor. Based on such a background, it is undeniable that the personal injury lawyers at such law firms through out the country are indeed highly recommended.A personal injury lawyer can help accident victims file a claim in order to receive the proper and needed treatment especially if the situation is complicated and responsibility for the injuries sustained is currently undecided.

Medical attention is essential and victims are unable to verify how badly injured they are without first consulting with a medical professional and undergoing medical tests, while those with health conditions should urgently speak with a medical expert to assess how the incurred injuries may affect them. This is essential if the injuries are indeed severe and even life threatening that would require long term medical care. Nevertheless, if a legal professional is present to help victims with their claims, the demands for medical assistance in the compensation is guaranteed. For victims who have been involved in accidents on the road or in a vehicle covered by an insurance policy, it is also necessary that they consult with a legal professional right after an accident before they speak with the insurance representative.

This is to be certain that victims receive the maximum compensation that they deserve to cover for all expenses towards their injuries and damages to property. In terms of legal fees, personal injury lawyers often charge a rate of 25% to 20% of the compensation amount once the claim has been won or settled, while charging nothing if the claim loses.

The Ten Commandments of Small Business Customer Service, Part 2

If you read Part 1, you know what this is all about. If not, go read it!

Let?s jump right in and check out the second tablet before Moses? arms get any more tired.

VI. Thou shalt always offer a solution, workaround, or timetable for resolution (when possible)

There are few worse customer experiences than contacting a company about a problem, having them acknowledge that there?s a problem, and...that's it. At a previous job, I would sometimes have customers write in about known bugs that we simply had no intention of fixing, even though they were clearly hampering user experience. There?s something soul-crushing about telling someone who wants your help, ?Yup, that?s broken...well, thanks for writing in!?

A good customer service rep always offers the customer a solution or at least a promise of a solution. An annoying workaround is better than nothing. If you?re not going to be able to add or fix something for a while, give an estimate of how long it?s going to be (without promising).

Sometimes the answer is just, ?No, we don?t plan to do that.? That?s fine, but never acknowledge an issue and then let a user/customer walk away completely without the tools to move forward in an informed manner.

VII. Thou shalt be a person, not a company

The great advantage of being a small business is that you get to have personality and humanity. Don?t waste that opportunity!

When users write into Less Annoying CRM, they get an email back from my personal email address. I try to be colloquial with people whenever possible to avoid sounding like a robot or a miserable person in a call center. I only use ?we? or ?us? when I?m talking about the company -- if something is my personal thought or advice, I use ?I? or ?me.? I am not the mouth of the company, I?m a human being who works at the company.

Think about how you?d write an email to your friend or family member about your product. Now, remove all those curse words, add a dash of professionalism, and that?s how you should be talking to your customers.

VIII. Thou shalt couch and qualify thy statements

This is in a somewhat different vein of most of the other things on this list, but it is important not to make promises you can?t keep. Be careful about how you word things!

For example, we make our development projects extremely transparent to our users at Less Annoying CRM. Often we?ll get emails asking, ?When will the new feature be ready??

Usually a reply looks something like: ?We think it should be done within the next week or two, but it could be up to a month or more depending on how smoothly development goes.? I am constantly couching my timelines in reminders that development schedules are rapidly-changing beasts. Offering a potential timeline is important (see Commandment VI), but qualifying your statements is equally important.

This helps you avoid the emails that say, ?You promised this new feature would be done a week ago!? That?s a rough email to respond to -- there's no winning reply to that. It?s much easier to answer one that says: ?You said you thought the new feature might be done now, how?s that coming??

Don?t offer firm timelines on things unless the project/product is completely done and you have a firm release date. Don?t make promises you can?t keep. In other words: cover your ass! (But be polite and frank about it.)

IX. Thou shalt make things right

You?re going to screw up. Accept that now. Customer service can be rewarding, but it comes with it?s share of horrifying moments where you realize you?ve really let someone down.

It?s important to take the long view on making things right, particularly if there?s money involved, or if you?ve wasted a great deal of someone?s time. It's better to be known as a company who cleans up their messes than pinch pennies.

Sometimes you owe your customer something -- at Less Annoying CRM, that means we?ll give an account a free month in some cases. At another kind of business, it might mean a cash register discount or a gift. Just remember -- you can really impress your customers by owning up to a mistake and making it right. Those customers might stick around for a long time, and their business more than makes up for what you comped them.

X. Thou shalt have a sense of humor

Customer service can be a grind. You will go insane if you don?t keep your sense of humor active at all times. Remember to have a good time when talking to people on the phone or in person. Even a lame joke is better than a robotic, bland interaction. Leave an impression. Laugh.

This goes doubly for interactions with your co-workers, if you have any. Laughing about your job, the mistakes you make, little user nuances -- that helps keep everyone upbeat. Having a?positive?attitude and a sense of humor is a great trait in almost any area of life, and in customer support it will endear you to your peers and to your customers, and help keep things in perspective when you get bogged down.

* ?????????* ?????????*

That wraps up the Ten Commandments of Small Business Customer Service! Of course, much like the real Ten Commandments don?t cover all the rules of morality, this post doesn?t cover everything about proper customer service -- if I forgot something, let me know!

Tweet me at @mojowo11. I?d love to hear your tips!

Energy Department Announces Funding for Small Business Innovation

The Energy Department has announced up to $9 million available this year to fund approximately 50 small businesses to advance innovative energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. This initiative will help small businesses with promising ideas that could improve manufacturing processes, boost the efficiency of buildings, reduce reliance on oil, and generate electricity from renewable sources to bring new clean energy solutions to market faster. The funding opportunity includes 8 broad topics and 30 subtopics in areas including advanced manufacturing, energy-efficient buildings, biomass, hydrogen and fuel cells, solar energy, and wind and water power technologies. This funding is offered through the Department?s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs.

The Energy Department announced up to $9 million available this year to fund approximately 50 small businesses to advance innovative energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. This initiative will help small businesses with promising ideas that could improve manufacturing processes, boost the efficiency of buildings, reduce reliance on oil, and generate electricity from renewable sources to bring new clean energy solutions to market faster. This effort is part of the Obama Administration?s strategy to drive innovative clean energy technologies into the market and help spur economic growth, diversify the nation?s energy portfolio, and create skilled jobs for American workers.

The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) is offering this funding through the Department?s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, which allow federal agencies with large research and development budgets to set aside a fraction of their funding for competitions among small businesses. Small businesses that win awards in these programs keep the rights to any technologies they develop and are encouraged to commercialize them.

Inspired by meetings with hundreds of small businesses around the country, this funding opportunity includes ambitious cost and performance targets to elicit outside-the-box approaches. Used by DOE?s SBIR/STTR programs for the first time, this ?broad topic? research solicitation gives small business broadly framed problems to work on and goals to achieve?and gives them the freedom to innovate?instead of providing narrow or prescriptive technological solutions to be improved. It also encourages small businesses with groundbreaking concepts to become part of the EERE programs? research teams.

The funding opportunity? includes 8 broad topics and 30 subtopics in areas including advanced manufacturing, energy-efficient buildings, biomass, hydrogen and fuel cells, solar energy, and wind and water power technologies. The Energy Department will fund selected small businesses with one-year awards of up to $150,000 to explore the feasibility of innovative clean energy concepts. Awardees with successful projects will have the opportunity to compete for more than $1 million in follow on funding.

Detailed application instructions, including eligibility requirements, can be found on EERE?s Funding Opportunity Exchange website under Reference Number DE-FOA-0000715. ?? https://eere-exchange.energy.gov/

Additional details are available on the DOE SBIR home page. Register for the DOE SBIR/STTR mailing list at the bottom of the DOE SBIR home page in order to receive a webinar invitation. On March 19, 2012, a webinar focused on the topics of the funding opportunity was held and material from that webinar, as well as other SBIR information, is also available on the DOE SBIR home page.

The Energy Department?s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy accelerates development and facilitates deployment of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies and market-based solutions that strengthen U.S. energy security, environmental quality, and economic vitality.

Happy Birthday, Apple II

earlyappleadThe Apple II personal computer is 35 years old today, a bit of news that I'm sure is either making you feel wildly old or gives you an odd rush of steampunk retro-nostalgia. The computer, launched on April 16 and 17th at the 1977 West Coast Computer Faire, went on to become the definitive machine for primary and high schools everywhere and whose wonky screen and clacky keys brought millions of kids and adults into the information age. Steve Jobs was 22 when he and Steve Wozniak launched the II. The device, with its eight expansion slots and rapid upgrade cycle, defined the computer as a platform rather than a one-time purchase. You could improve this thing, although I've rarely seen any models that were truly tricked out. As Harry McCracken notes, the Apple II and its progeny existed well into the 1990s as a computing solution for many customers.

ATLANTIC BROADBAND LAUNCHES PHONE SERVICE IN ...

FIRST IN REGION TO OFFER VIDEO-INTERNET-PHONE ?TRIPLE PLAY?

GRASONVILLE, MD, Oct. 30 ? Atlantic Broadband this week becomes the first mid-Shore service provider to offer consumers the ultimate telecommunications package ? a ?triple play? of fully integrated broadband video, Internet and phone ? with the Wednesday (Nov. 1) launch of Atlantic Broadband Phone Service.

?We believe this fundamentally changes the competitive landscape in Queen Anne?s, Kent and Talbot counties,? said Vice President and General Manager Joe DiJulio. ?Atlantic Broadband Phone Service offers consumers much more for much less, and it uses the power and flexibility of our broadband network to create an attractively priced all-in-one communications solution that none of our competitors ? either phone or satellite companies ? can match.?

Last year, Atlantic Broadband brought high-speed Internet service to the consumer technology-starved Eastern Shore. This year, building upon its $21 million investment in new network technology and other capital improvements, it is adding the region?s most advanced phone service. The company took over the system from Charter Communications in 2004.

With the Atlantic Broadband Triple Play, consumers get the simplicity of one provider for all their communications services ? video, Internet and phone ? the convenience of paying for them on one bill, and a significant discount for combining services.

The new Atlantic Broadband Phone Service offers unlimited local, regional and continental U.S. long distance calling, no-extra-charge voice mail and 15 other calling features ? all at an average savings of $15 to $30 per month over less full-featured calling plans offered by Verizon.

While the phone service is not Internet-based or dependent on a computer ? and works with consumers? existing phones, jacks and wiring ? it does offer a high-tech innovation the competition doesn?t: an online phone manager that allows customers to monitor and control their phone service from any Internet-connected computer ? at home or away. They can listen to, save and manage their voice mail, and review all calls over the last 45 days (in case they forget a phone number or want to keep tabs on the family?s calls). Plus, they can instantly change call forwarding settings while on the go and automatically set other features, such as the innovative Do Not Disturb feature to block all calls when busy, eating dinner or in bed for the night.

Also featured is an International Value Plan with the lowest per minute rates to popular countries of any major telecommunications provider.

In addition to voice mail, the 15 no-extra-charge calling features (a $20 value compared to Verizon charges) include call waiting, caller ID, call forwarding, speed dialing, 3-way calls and automatic call-back (*69). Consumers also can get a full-featured second residential phone line for just an extra $14.95 per month.

Atlantic Broadband Phone Service offers all the standard convenience and safety features that customers expect. The service works with customers? existing phones, jacks and wiring; and they also can keep their current phone number. Customers get nationwide 411 service, 24-hour operator assistance, a listing in the local phone directory, and enhanced 911 emergency calling that reaches and displays their location to the same public safety dispatchers in the same manner as their current phone provider.

If they have multiple Atlantic Broadband services, customers can make phone calls, watch TV and surf the Web at the same time ? at full speed and quality ? because the services operate independently of each other.

Atlantic Broadband Phone Service is offered at $34.95 per month when combined with any level of either video or one of the best Internet service. For those who do not have or want video or Internet service from Atlantic Broadband, the stand-alone price of phone service is $49.95 per month ? still less than competitors? comparable services.

In addition to those savings, the company is offering even deeper promotional discounts for both new and existing customers who order multiple services together:

? New customers who choose the ?Triple Play? promotion will get the unlimited-calling Atlantic Broadband Phone Service; Value video service, offering 62 channels of the most popular cable networks; and Preferred High Speed Internet Service up to 3 megabits per second ? all for $99.95 per month for the first year ($20.90 off the retail price) and $109.95 for the second year ($10.90 off retail). That?s a total savings of $381.60 over two years for the three services.

? Existing Atlantic Broadband video subscribers who choose to add both the High Speed Internet and the unlimited-calling phone service can opt for the Internet & Phone bundle for just $49.95 per month for the first 12 months. That?s a monthly savings of $19.95 ? or $239.40 annually ? off the retail price for the two services.

Atlantic Broadband is a privately held company ranked as a top 20 cable operator in the United States. Atlantic Broadband, headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts, has over 500 employees and 250,000 customers located in three operating regions: central Pennsylvania, Miami Beach and Maryland/Delaware. Additional information is available at www.atlanticbb.com.

Braven Six Series speakers offer Bluetooth audio, wired charging

Image

When is a wireless speaker not a wireless speaker? When you can also plug your phone into the speaker to charge it up in a pinch. That's the hook with Braven's new Six Series speakers, anyway, which come in three different varieties that each pack a USB port that lets you either charge your smartphone or daisy chain multiple speakers together. Ranging in price from $150 to $190, the three different models all also boast similar features across the board, but differ in construction, with the top-end 625s offering a rugged housing (not to mention a built-in LED flashlight), while the 600 and 650 each sport an all-aluminum design -- battery life also varies a bit by model. If the speakers look a little familiar, it's because Braven is the company formerly known as Spar, which offered some similar speakers under the Zephyr name. Hit the source link below for a closer look at each model.

When Is It Time To Hire A Real Estate Attorney? ? Law ? Intellectual ...

bcom-sy-07o-corporate-law2.jpg

Real estate has become somewhat of a difficult market to work with in this economy. However, every aspect of the real estate market has one thing in common. Legal papers. Regardless of whether you?re buying property, selling it or trying to develop it, there are a vast number of legal papers that have to be taken care of properly, otherwise you may wind up inadvertently breaking the law. This is where hiring a real estate attorney becomes necessary.

It has become a very complex topic when it comes to legalities. With all of the bankruptcies and foreclosures, there are times when the legal status of a property may be questionable. These attorneys can vet a property to ensure it is available for purchase or sale, and can help sort through whatever liens or other legal entailments that may be blocking a sale. And that applies to both residential real estate and commercial as well.

But buying and selling isn?t all that you have to deal with when it comes to real estate. One huge aspect that many people have had to deal with in the last few years is foreclosures. When the market went south after the major banks had financial issues because of sub-prime loans, it took most of the US economy with it. One area that was hit hardest was South Florida, especially in Palm Beach and Miami. Not only did a lot of people lose their jobs, but a lot of real estate went into foreclosure. However, attorneys aren?t only capable of filing foreclosure papers; they can actually help prevent foreclosures as well.

Many Miami and Palm Beach attorneys got a lot of business from developers and homeowners alike trying to find ways to prevent their condos and projects from being foreclosed on. Through various means such as debt restructuring, loan modifications, negotiations with lenders and mediation, many homes and developments were saved. Through various legal and financial defenses, not only can they help you to save your home or business, but they may even be able to help you refinance your property so it won?t be ?under water? any longer.

If you?re going to be dealing with it, make sure you?re dealing with a good real estate law firm. They?ll be able to take care of anything you?ll need relating to real estate and may even be able to save your home and some money at the same time. Contact an attorney if you?ve got questions about your mortgage and see if they can help you.

BestIT, Inc. to Sponsor Race Team at Pirelli World Challenge Series ...

Team Driver Favored to Win Overall Series

?BestIT, Inc., an Arizona-based business and technology solutions company, is sponsoring the BestIT Race Team at the Pirelli World Challenge (PWC) Series Streets of Long Beach on Sunday, April 15.

Team captain and CEO of BestIT, Harry Curtin, has high hopes for Long Beach as the momentum continues to build around the series and the BestIT team.

?Just like business, we learn and make adjustments to better ourselves day in and day out,? said Curtin. ?We adapt to the conditions. I am extremely pleased with our overall performance in St. Pete, and I am excited to see our continued success throughout the rest of the World Challenge Race series.?

BestIT driver Andy Lee, of Colorado Springs, Colo., placed third in GTS points in PWC?s Streets of St. Petersburg Race last month, taking the class pole in Race #1, and eclipsing the previous GTS track record of 1:21.936 (79.086 mph), with a time of 1:21.598 (79.413 mph). Lee is said to be a clear favorite in the upcoming Long Beach competition.

"We had to make some tire-pressure adjustments," Lee explained. "When we first went out, we were sliding around a lot, so we came in to make some changes and we knew we had to go back out. We were close to pole before, so I knew if we came in and got the tires right that we'd have a good shot at pole. That's the way it kind of worked out. I've got to thank BestIT and give them a shout out."

According to World Challenge Series staff, Lee, in the No. 20 BestIT Chevrolet Camaro, ?is another top contender for the victory this weekend.?

The BestIT Race Team continues to build, prepare and test its Chevrolet Camaros in collaboration with its partner, the Bondurant School of High Performance Racing.

Watch the BestIT Race Team compete via live Internet Telecast at www.world-challengetv.com.

Samsung Galaxy Note my way: Chris Parsons

Samsung Galaxy Note

As much as some cried foul on the Samsung Galaxy Note because of its size and of course, the stylus it is in my opinion one of the best Android devices out there. I could have chose from any number of devices on the market, including the Samsung Galaxy Nexus but I chose the Galaxy Note, in fact -- I fell in love with it. And no, I really don't mind TouchWiz at all. If you're wanting to know how I have mine set up, jump on past the break for the full details.
