Greetings, everyone! Just giving an introductory post for myself, as you might expect. I'll use the questions provided by Discipline.

1) What's your username? Why'd you pick that username?
Hopefully you can see, it's Zumanzi. Zumanzi is just a name that came to me one day when I was signing up for League of Legends, and it's evolved into a few different characters for various places. It's my second favorite character name and the one I use for pretty much anything.

2) How'd you find this place? Google? Why'd you look it up on Google or whatever?
I stumbled upon Roleplay Gateway through a google search for a character skeleton. One of the first links led to Ylane Sorrows' character template. Then I realized it was a forum post from a greater site, and I guess the rest speaks for itself.

3) How long have you roleplayed on forums or chat? On what sites? Did you start with tabletop games or such?
Believe it or not, I started forum roleplay when I was ten years old on the forum of a Zelda website (z64planet? Zeldaplanet? I don't know anymore). From there I was invited to another website by one of my current best friends and I've been a roleplayer ever since. My first real expansion into non-forum RP was World of Warcraft, and for the longest time that was the entirety of where I RP'd. I've jumped from forum to forum (Gaia, private forums, etc) and MMO to MMO (Rift and COH and so on) and this is the most recent stop, as it were. I don't have much experience with tabletops for all my roleplaying, though.

4) In coming to RPG, what've you been looking for specifically? A new home for roleplay? Better roleplay?
A new home, really. I quit the MMOs I was playing and now can't afford to get back into them (At least until Guild Wars 2 comes out), so I ran out of venues for RP and people to RP with.

5) What kinds of roleplay are you interested in? Fantasy? Sci-fi? Go in-depth about it if you want.
I'm looking for RP in general. I'm a big fan of the Science Fiction and Fantasy genres, but I enjoy stepping into a character more than the particular genre.

6) What're your hobbies? Do you collect rocks or mount insects?
Other than writing, of course, I don't have too much in the way of hobbies. I sort of collect ceramic dragon sculptures, and game for fun. Currently all I've got to play around on is the aforementioned League of Legends and Minecraft. If anything else, every day I try to better hone my skill in comedy and sarcasm.

7) What's something you're good at besides writing? Maybe you're on the volleyball team or you're a quick learner? Maybe you play the flute or can fold up chairs amazingly fast? xD
Sarcasm! Playful sarcasm, but sarcasm nonetheless. I'm currently in school and I'm trying to keep my grades up, which I've been successful at...so I guess you can count school as something I'm good at.

8) Do you have any friends here at RPG that invited you here? Would you want to make more friends while you're here?
No, but within ten minutes of checking RPG out I started telling my own friends about it, and so far they seem interested. One of them even felt a bit intimidated by the sheer volume of active RPs (Something like 6,384?). Considering how some of my best friends have come from meeting in an RP, I'm totally good for making more of them!
